Quick Guide Playing Songs Select and Play Songs on a USB Flash Memory MIDI songs stored on a USB flash memory connected to the instrument can be directly selected and played. The procedure is exactly the same as that for selecting internal songs (page 28). Songs on a USB flash memory are numbered from 36 upward, so all you need to do is select song number 36 or higher. NOTE • Precautions when using the [USB TO DEVICE] terminal (page 91) IMPORTANT • In order to play data copied to a USB flash memory from a computer or other device, the data must be stored either in the USB flash memory's root directory or a firstlevel/second-level folder in the root directory. Data stored in third-level-folders created inside a secondlevel folder cannot be selected and played by this instrument.
