CHAPTER 11 Maintenance 11.1 Overview This chapter describes the maintenance screens. It discusses how you can upload new firmware, manage configuration and restart your NWA without turning it off and on. This chapter provides information and instructions on how to identify and manage your NWA over the network. Figure 58 NWA Setup In the figure above, the NWA connects to a Domain Name Server (DNS) server to avail of a domain name. It also connects to an Network Time Protocol (NTP) server to set the time on the device. 11.2 What You Can Do in this Chapter • Use the General screen to specify the system name (see Section 11.4 on page 116). • Use the Password screen to manage the password for your NWA (see Section 11.5 on page 117). • Use the Time screen to change your NWA's time and date. This screen allows you to configure the NWA's time based on your local time zone (see Section 11.6 on page 118). • Use the Firmware Upgrade screen to upload the latest firmware for your NWA (see Section 11.7 on page 119). • Use the Configuration File screen to view information related to factory defaults, backup configuration, and restoring configuration (see Section 11.8 on page 120). • Use Restart screen to reboot the NWA without turning the power off (see Section 11.9 on page 121).
