70 CHAPTER 5: ROUTER CONFIGURATION DDNS The Router provides a list of dynamic DNS providers for you to choose from. Dynamic Domain Name Server (DDNS) enables you to map a static domain name to a dynamic IP address. The Router supports two DDNS providers, TZO.com and DYNDNS. Before you can set up DDNS, you must obtain an account, password and static domain name from your DDNS provider. DDNS is disabled by default. Select DDNS to display the screen shown in Figure 59. Figure 59 Dynamic Domain Server (DDNS) Screen To set up Dynamic DNS: 1 Select the Dynamic DNS Enable radio button. 2 Select a DDNS Service Provider from the drop-down list. This can be either TZO.com or DynDNS. TZO.com If you select TZO.com: 1 In the Domain Name text box, enter the domain name. 2 In the E-mail text box, enter the account name. 3 In the Key text box, enter the account password. 4 Click Apply to make this service active. DynDNS If you select DYNDNS: 1 In the Domain Name text box, enter the domain name. 2 In the Account text box, enter the account name.

DDNS
The Router provides a list of dynamic DNS providers for you to choose
from. Dynamic Domain Name Server (DDNS) enables you to map a static
domain name to a dynamic IP address. The Router supports two DDNS
providers, TZO.com and DYNDNS. Before you can set up DDNS, you must
obtain an account, password and static domain name from your DDNS
provider. DDNS is disabled by default.
Select DDNS to display the screen shown in

To set up Dynamic DNS:

Dynamic DNS Enable

If you select TZO.com:

text box, enter the domain name.
