To find a key number µ In the List View window, choose Keycode from the pop-up menu, then click the Keycode column heading to sort by key number. See About the List View Window for more details. To use the Find command to find records in the open database 1 Open the Find dialog by doing one of the following: • Choose Database > Find (or press Command-F). • Click the Find button in the List View window. 2 Configure the settings and click Find Records. See Settings in the Find Dialog for more information. Alternatively, you can click Show All Records if you want to see all of the database records. Settings in the Find Dialog The settings in the Find dialog make it easy to find specific records based on their Scene and Take values. The Find dialog contains the following settings: • Scene and Take: The values you enter in the Scene and Take fields depend on what you want to do: • To find all the records in the open database: Leave the Scene and Take fields blank and click Show All Records.
