3.3.6 DNS Proxy DNS proxy receives DNS queries and forwards DNS queries to the Internet. After the CPE gets answers from the DNS server, it replies to the LAN clients. Configure DNS proxy with the default setting, when the PC gets an IP via DHCP, the domain name, Home, will be added to PC's DNS Suffix Search List, and the PC can access route with "ASUS.Home". 3.3.6 DNS Proxy
DNS proxy receives DNS queries and forwards DNS queries to the
Internet. After the CPE gets answers from the DNS server, it replies
to the LAN clients. Configure DNS proxy with the default setting,
when the PC gets an IP via DHCP, the domain name, Home, will be
added to PC’s DNS Suffix Search List, and the PC can access route
with “ASUS.Home”.
