Web Based Management Changing the LDAP configuration using a web browser (For MFC-J2510/J4510DW) (Available as a download) You can configure and change the LDAP settings using a web browser. a Click Network on the web page, and then click Protocol. b Choose the LDAP check box and then click Submit. c Restart the machine to activate the configuration. d Make sure the machine is turned on and then choose Advanced Setting on the Protocol page. Now you can configure and change the following LDAP settings using a web browser.  LDAP Server Address  Port (The default port number is 389.)  Search Root  Authentication  Username  Password  Timeout for LDAP  Attribute of Name (Search Key)  Attribute of E-mail  Attribute of Fax Number e After setting, make sure that the Status is Enabled. You can configure and change the LDAP settings using a web browser.
