Lift the power button, along with its cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. Steps
1.
Remove the two (M2x1.9) screws that secure the power-button bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2.
Remove the two (M1.2x1.5) screws that secure the power-button bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3.
Lift the power-button bracket off the power button.
4.
Lift the power button, along with its cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
