When setting n = 8, the print position is moved to column 9 by sending HT. • k indicates the total number of horizontal tab positions to be set. • The horizontal tab position is stored as an absolute value of [character width ! n] measured from the beginning of the line. The character width includes the right-side character spacing, and double-width characters are set with twice the width of normal characters. Also, when character is enlarged in the horizontal direction in page mode, the horizontal position is set as the same way as in standard mode. • Transmit [n]k in ascending order and place a NUL code 0 at the end. • ESC D NUL cancels all horizontal tab positions.
