148 Your phone and computer HTC Sync Manager Select this option to sync media and your data such as contacts, calendar, bookmarks, and other information between your computer and HTC One SV. Download and install HTC Sync Manager from our website. USB tethering When you do not have an Internet connection on your computer, you can select this mode to share the mobile data connection of HTC One SV with your computer. Internet passthrough If you don't have a data plan or you don't have access to a Wi-Fi network, you can select this mode to share your computer's Internet connection with HTC One SV. Copying files to or from the phone storage or storage card You can copy your music, photos, and other files to HTC One SV. 1. Connect HTC One SV to your computer using the supplied USB cable. 2. On the Choose a connection type screen, select Disk drive. Your computer recognizes accessible storages on HTC One SV as removable disks. 3. Navigate to either the phone storage or storage card. 4. Copy and paste your files. 5. After copying the files, unmount the removable disks (on the connected HTC One SV) as required by your computer's operating system to safely remove HTC One SV. 6. Disconnect HTC One SV from your computer. Sharing your mobile data connection by USB tethering No Internet connection available for your computer? No problem. Download and install HTC Sync Manager from our website.
USB tethering
When you do not have an Internet connection on your computer,
you can select this mode to share the mobile data connection of
HTC One SV with your computer.
Internet pass-
through
If you don’t have a data plan or you don’t have access to a Wi-Fi
network, you can select this mode to share your computer’s Internet
connection with HTC One SV.
Copying files to or from the phone storage or
storage card
You can copy your music, photos, and other files to HTC One SV.
1.
Connect HTC One SV to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
2.
On the Choose a connection type screen, select
Disk drive
. Your computer
recognizes accessible storages on HTC One SV as removable disks.
3.
Navigate to either the phone storage or storage card.
4.
Copy and paste your files.
5.
After copying the files, unmount the removable disks (on the connected HTC
