Plug & Play 1 Installing on Windows 98 and Millennium (USB). 1) Quit all programs. 2) In the Add New Hardware wizard, click Next. 3) Select Search for the best driver for your device (recommended), and click Next. 4) Select Specify a location, then type x:\98USB\ (where x is the letter of your CD-ROM drive). 5) Follow the instructions on your screen.
