CAUTION: To prevent damage to the server or expansion boards, power down the server and remove all AC power cords before removing or installing the PCI riser cage. 5. Remove the expansion board from the slot, if installed ("Expansion Board" on page 33). 6. Remove the expansion slot cover from the slot, if installed ("Expansion Slot Cover" on page 35). 7. Open the PCI slot release lever.
