Removal and Replacement Procedures 57 14. Remove the system board. NOTE: The system board spare kit does not includes DIMMs, processors, PPMs, or the Smart Array 5i memory module. To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure. IMPORTANT: If replacing the system board or clearing NVRAM, you must re-enter the server serial number through RBSU ("Re-Entering the Server Serial Number" on page 58). To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
