The name specified for the alert is not valid. The counter threshold alert to be modified/deleted is already enabled. The pending fabric binding set must be set to Restrict in order to edit the pending fabric binding list. Current members of the fabric must be included in the Fabric Binding List. Action Use the perf.counterThresh Alerts.addPort command to add a port before the alert is enabled. A counter threshold alert with the specified name does not exist. Disable the threshold alert and then try the command again. Set the pending fabric binding state to Restrict. Do not remove active fabric members from the pending Fabric Binding List.
