The delay is an approximate time depending on the CPU speed. Enables or disables the system to return to full speed when the mouse is moved. Enables or disables the system to return to full speed when an IRQ is generated. Enables or disables the system to return to full speed when a specific command is received by the integrated network interface. Enables or disables remote power-on. This feature works only with the integrated network interface. To use this feature, refer first to the Network Administrator's Guide which comes with your PC.
