A 33 MHz card can be installed in a 66 MHz slot, However, the card will operate in 33 MHz mode and will force all other PCI devices to operate at 33 MHz as well. 4. A 32-bit card can be installed in a 64-bit slot without preventing other 64-bit PCI devices to operate in 64-bit mode.
