Toner feed service check 5021-0XX Step Questions / actions 1 Check toner cartridge for damage. Check to see if toner cartridge moves easily into and out of printer. Is toner cartridge damaged or is there resistance moving in and out of printer? 2 Is developer motor damaged? 3 Is developer drive assembly damaged? Yes Replace toner cartridge. No Go to step 2. Replace developer motor. See "Developer motor removal" on page 4-31. Replace developer drive assembly. See "Developer drive assembly removal" on page 4-32. Go to step 3. Replace toner retract system. See "Toner retract solenoid and cam removal" on page 4-64. Diagnostic information 2-91
