5021-0XX Insufficient gloss service check Gloss on paper is not sufficient. Problem area 1 Driver media settings 2 Fuser Action Driver media setting is wrong. Ensure proper media setting is selected for specific media in use. Fuser roller is deteriorated. Fuser temperature is not properly controlled. Replace fuser. See "Fuser assembly removal" on page 4-9. Note: The fuser is a customer order supply. 2-108 Service Manual
