Installing additional memory This section explains how to install additional RAM memory into your printer as a memory upgrade. Part Numbers See "Part Numbers" on page 79. Memory upgrade The basic printer model comes equipped with 128 MB of main memory. This can be upgraded with an additional memory board containing 256 MB or 512 MB, giving a maximum total memory capacity of 640 MB. Installation takes a few minutes, and requires a medium size cross-head (Philips type) screwdriver. 1. Switch the printer off and disconnect the AC power cable. 2. Memory upgrade
The basic printer model comes equipped with 128 MB of main
memory. This can be upgraded with an additional memory
board containing 256 MB or 512 MB, giving a maximum total
memory capacity of 640 MB.
Installation takes a few minutes, and requires a medium size
