Useful functions Copying pictures to a card (BACKUP) You can copy (backup) all the image data stored in the internal memory to the card. The image data in the internal memory is not erased by copying it to the card. The optional card is required to use the backup function. Operate the camera with the card inserted. You are recommended to use the AC adapter. • Never open the battery compartment/card cover, remove the batteries, or connect or disconnect the AC adapter during copying as this may cause malfunction of the internal memory or the card. 54

Copying pictures to a card (BACKUP)
You can copy (backup) all the image data stored in the internal memory to
the card. The image data in the internal memory is not erased by copying
it to the card.
