Settings for Recording (continued) N An MD after recording When the power is down If the power is down or if you disconnect the power cord acciden- The TOC indicator flashes. tally while the TOC indicator is lit or flashing, the data recorded prior to power down will be TOC indicator erased. Information, such as track numbers, is written into the table of contents (TOC) on the MD before you eject the MD, before the recorder enters standby mode, or before recording is stopped.
