Listening to the Radio-Continued ■ Tuning into Stations by Frequency You can tune into AM and FM stations directly by entering the appropriate frequency. 2 MEMORY Press the [MEMORY] button. The preset number flashes. Presetting AM/FM Stations PRESET STANDBY/ON STANDBY TUNING PRESET MASTER VOLUME PHONES MULTI CH A SPEAKERS B DVD VCR/DVR CBL/SAT AUX TAPE TUNER C D SETUP ENTER RETURN TONE STEREO LISTENING MODE DISPLAY DIGITAL INPUT DIMMER MEMORY TUNING MODE CLEAR SETUP MIC AUX INPUT VIDEO L AUDIO R MEMORY TUNING MODE You can store a combination of up to 40 of your favorite AM/FM radio stations as presets. 1 Tune into the AM/FM station that you want to store as a preset. 3 TUNING PRESET While the preset number is flashing (about 8 seconds), use the PRESET [ ]/[ ] buttons to select a preset from 1 through 40. 4 MEMORY Press the [MEMORY] button again to store the station or channel. The station or channel is stored and the preset number stops flashing. Repeat this procedure for all of your favorite AM/FM radio stations. ■ Selecting Presets 1 TUNING PRESET To select a preset, use the PRESET [ ]/[ ] buttons, or the remote controller's CH [+/-] button. CH DISC ALBUM ■ Deleting Presets 1 Select the preset that you want to delete. See the previous section. 2 MEMORY TUNING MODE CLEAR While holding down the [MEMORY] button, press the [TUNING MODE] button. The preset is deleted and its number disappears from the display. 45
