Intercom Features Conference calls A conference call allows the handset and the base unit or a compatible Panasonic handset (page 6) to speak together with an outside party. Using the handset 1 During an outside call, press {INTERCOM}. L The call will be put on hold. 2 To page the base unit, press {0}. To page another handset, press its extension number ({1} to {8}). 3 When the paged party answers, press {CONF} on your handset to establish a conference call. L "Conference" will be displayed. L To leave the conference, press {OFF}. The other parties can continue the conversation. Note: L The outside call can be put on hold by pressing {HOLD} during a conference call. Communications between extensions are not suspended. Only the person who placed the call on hold can resume the conference by pressing {CONF}. L One more extension can join the conference call. To join a conference call using the base unit, press {SPPHONE}. To join using a handset, press {C} or {s}. A maximum of 4 parties can join a conference call. L If 2 handsets are in a conference call and one handset is using the clarity booster feature, a 3rd handset will not be able to join the conference call. Conference calls
A conference call allows the handset and
the base unit or a compatible Panasonic

Using the handset

During an outside call, press

INTERCOM

The call will be put on hold.

To page the base unit, press

To page another handset, press its
