Four Screws Quatre vis Cuatro Tornillos ➢ Lay unit on floor bottom up with nozzle flat. ➢ Install the four screws to the nozzle cover. ➢ Route nozzle hose to hose holder. Align nozzle hose bracket with retaining bracket on body and slide down unit it clicks into place. ➢ Return the vacuum cleaner to the upright position before plugging into an electrical outlet. Cleaning Agitator ➢ Clean agitator after every five uses and every time the belt is replaced. ➢ Remove lower plate. (See REPLACING BELT, p. 42, 44) ➢ Cut off any hair, thread, string, carpet pile, and lint entangled around agitator with a pair of scissors. ➢ Remove agitator. (See REPLACING BELT, p. 44) ➢ Remove any string or debris located on the end caps, washers or agitator shaft. ➢ Reinstall agitator and lower plate. (See REPLACING BELT, p. 44) - 46 -

Lay unit on floor bottom up with

Install the four screws to the nozzle
cover.
➢
Route nozzle hose to hose holder.
Align nozzle hose bracket with
retaining bracket on body and slide
