About AV Head Units /Displays to be Connected You need an AV head Unit or Display with a touch panel feature to use this software. If a display that does not have a touch panel feature is connected, the software will not function properly. This includes Pioneer displays that do not have touch panel features. Make sure to use a display suitable for the system. For details, consult a dealer or product catalog. Group 1 - AV Head Unit The type of the unit that can be a control master with the following features (e.g. AVH-P7600DVD, AVH-P5700DVD, AVH-P6600DVD, AVHP6500DVD, and AVH-P7500DVD): • a source unit can be connected to it directly, and • a built-in amplifier and display are equipped. Group 2 - Display Type AVD The type of the unit that has a built-in amplifier only for the built-in speaker(s) and cannot be a control master because other unit cannot be connected to it (e.g. AVD-W6210). Group 3 - AV system display with Master/ Slave switch The type of the unit that has no amplifier and can be a control master by being switched to Master and connected with other unit(s) (e.g. AVXP8DVD).
