Paper jam in optional high capacity feeder Click this link to open an animation about clearing a jam. 1. Open the optional high capacity feeder right bottom door. 3. Pull out high capacity feeder tray. 2. Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out. 4. Remove the jammed paper from the machine. Close the optional high capacity feeder right bottom door. If you do not see paper in this area, go to the next step. 5. Insert the high capacity feeder tray back into the machine until it locks into place. Printing automatically resumes. Troubleshooting_ 215
