Connecting to a TV Printing Misc. Question Can the dedicated S-AV interface cable and the dedicated component cable connect at the same time and output the image? What image will appear on the TV when the dedicated component cable is connected to a TV supporting D1/ 480i or D2/480p signals? Why does a message appear during PictBridge printing? The "CANNOT EDIT VIDEO" message appears. Why is a noise heard from a nearby TV or radio during battery recharging? Why does the "CARD FULL" message appear? Why does the "CARD IS PROTECTED" message appear? Answer - - There is a problem with the printer. You have attempted to join video clips having different resolutions or frame rates. Electromagnetic waves are emitted from the AC adaptor. There is no more available memory on the card. The lock switch on the card is in the locked (protect) position. Action You cannot output the image when both cables are connected at the same time. Connect only one of the cables. With this camera, the progressive output is available only on TVs supporting 720p signals. The image does not appear on TVs supporting D1/480i or D2/480p signals. Please refer to the instruction manual for your printer. Select video clips that have the same resolution or frame rates. Move the AC adaptor further away from the TV or radio when recharging the battery pack. Erase unnecessary data, or use a card that has more memory available. Move the lock switch to the unlocked position. English 168
