TROUBLESHOOTING Before taking your camera to the repair shop, check the following table for a possible solution to the problem. CAMERA Problem No power. Cause The battery pack is dead. Power The battery pack has not been inserted correctly. Shooting The camera turns off by itself. An image is not captured when the still image shooting button or video clip recording button is pressed. The power save function is operating. The power is not turned on. Action Recharge the battery pack, or replace with a new battery pack. Or connect the AC adaptor (supplied). Reinsert the battery pack, making sure to orient it correctly. Turn on the camera again. Reference page 22, 26, 29 31 If the power save function was activated, turn on the camera before shooting. If the camera was turned off, press the ON/ OFF button to turn it on. 30, 31 English 170
