TROUBLESHOOTING Viewing images Problem The video clip picture is flickering. The image is too bright. The image is not in focus. Cause The video clip was filmed under fluorescent lighting. The forced flash mode is selected. The subject was too bright. The ISO sensitivity setting is incorrect. The subject is too close to the camera. The focus setting is not correct. The camera moved when the still image shooting button was pressed. (camera shake) The focus is not locked properly. The lens is dirty. Action Set the flickerreduction setting to on. Select a different flash mode. Use the exposure correction function. Set the ISO sensitivity to t. Capture the image with the subject within the photographable range. Select the correct focus setting for your needs. Hold the camera correctly and slowly press the still image shooting button halfway to lock the focus.
