Very dusty, extremely smoky Usage in High Altitude When using the unit at an altitude of 1,500 m or higher, set the "High Altitude Mode" to "On" in the Installation menu. Failing to set this mode when using the unit at high altitudes could have adverse effects, such as reducing the reliability of certain components. Note on the screen When using a screen with an uneven surface, stripes pattern may rarely appear on the screen depending on the distance between the screen and the unit or the zooming magnifications. This is not a malfunction of the unit. Avoid installing the unit in a very dusty or extremely smoky environment. Otherwise, the air filter will become obstructed, and this may cause a malfunction of the unit or damage it.
