Troubleshooting I cannot play music (Audio Player) Playing music There is no sound B Increase the volume. B Check that the volume is not set to Muting mode. b For details, refer to "My CLIÉ handheld does not produce any sounds" on page 14. The sound is too low B Tap [AVLS] and switch to the normal display. The sound is not clear B If you are using other applications on your CLIÉ handheld and processing data when playing the music, there will be some interference. I cannot play music while other applications are running B Make sure that [Enable background play] is selected on the Preferences screen from [Options] in Audio Player. B You cannot play music while any of the following applications are running: • Movie Player • Voice Recorder • CLIE Camera • Movie Recorder • CLIE Mail (when sending and receive e-mail messages) • Macromedia Flash Player 5 Continued on next page 39
