Setting the sleep timer To use the remote control to set the sleep timer to turn off the TV automatically: 1. Press SLEEP to set the length of time until the TV turns off. T I MER 00h 00m Every time you press SLEEP, the time display will increase by 10 minutes, up to 3 hours. 00h00m → 00h10m → 00h20m → 00h00m 02h50m → 03h00m To use the menu system to set the sleep timer: 1. Press MENU, and then press x or • until the TIMER menu appears. 2. Press y or z to highlight SLEEP TIMER. SLEEP TIMER ON TIMER TIMER 02:00 00:00 MENU BACK EXIT WATCH TV 3. Press the Number buttons (0-9) or x or • button to enter the length of time until the TV turns off automatically. 4. Press EXIT to start the timer. To cancel the sleep timer: Press SLEEP until it is set to 00h00m. Setting the ON timer To set the ON timer to turn on the TV automatically: 1. Press MENU, and then press x or • until the TIMER menu appears. 2. Press y or z to highlight ON TIMER. 3. Press the Number buttons (0-9) or the x or • buttons to enter the length of time until the TV turns on automatically. You can set the ON timer in 10-minute increments, up to 12h00m. 4. Press EXIT. (The ON timer will start.)
