Front View with Front View with Shielding Door CLOSED Shielding Door Open nnnnn~■ Example: To set up the adapter for a PT770 Monitor at Multi-Res resolution, you would need to change the following switches: 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8 to the ON position. All other switches should be OFF. Directions for setting switches: 1) Open the shielding door. 2) Examine the Dip Switch Function Table for the proper switch setting. 3) Using the tip of a pen, slide the switch into the appropriate position. 4) Close the shielding door when finished. 5) Install the adapter in the Monitor Port on the back of your Macintosh. 6) Tighten the two adapter thumb screws until snug. 7) Connect the Video Cable to the adapter. 8) Repeat step #6 until the monitor cable thumb screws are snug. 9) Turn your monitor ON and start up your Macintosh.
