VIZIO SV470XVT1A User Manual Preparing Your LCD HDTV for Wall Mounting The VIZIO SV470XVT1A can either be kept on the stand base or mounted on the wall for viewing. If you choose to mount the SV470XVT1A on the wall, please follow the instructions below for removing the stand base. To remove the stand base 1. Unplug all of the cables and cords from your SV470XVT1A. 2. Place the SV470XVT1A face down on a soft and flat surface (blanket, foam, cloth, etc) to prevent any damage to the TV. 3. Remove the total of eight (8) screws holding the base to the SV470XVT1A. 4. Carefully remove the stand base, pulling the base towards you. Now, the SV470XVT1A can fit securely to a mount (sold separately) by utilizing the mounting holes in the center of the back panel of the TV. Please make sure to read the instructions of your specific mount to properly hang the SV470XVT1A. The pitch of the mounting holes is 600mm horizontally and 200mm vertically. The screw type required is metric M8, 1.25mm pitch. The length of the screws will depend on the thickness plate being attach to the TV set; our brackets come with different length screws. Preparing Your LCD HDTV for Wall Mounting
The VIZIO SV470XVT1A can either be kept on the stand base or mounted on the wall for viewing.
If you
choose to mount the SV470XVT1A on the wall, please follow the instructions below for removing the
stand base.
To remove the stand base
1.
Unplug all of the cables and cords from your SV470XVT1A.
2. Place the SV470XVT1A face down on a soft
and flat surface (blanket, foam, cloth, etc) to
prevent any damage to the TV.
3. Remove the total of eight (8) screws holding
the base to the SV470XVT1A.
4. Carefully remove the stand base, pulling the
base towards you.
Now, the SV470XVT1A can fit securely to a mount (sold separately) by utilizing the mounting holes in the
center of the back panel of the TV. Please
make sure to read the instructions of your
specific mount to properly hang the
SV470XVT1A.
