2 Select "Learn" and immediately press the TV power control button on the remote control of the TV. When learning was successful, "Code learning was successful" appears. If learning was unsuccessful, "Code learning failed" appears. In this case, place the remote control near the remote control sensor of this unit and select "Retry", or select "Cancel" to cancel the learning process. y Aim the remote control of the TV at the remote control sensor of this unit within the range of 10 cm to 2.5 m (4 in. to 8 ft.). 3 Select "Finished" and then "Yes" to exit the learning process. Note If the other remote control uses infrared rays, this unit can learn most of its function. However, you may not be able to program some special signals or extremely long transmissions. Choice Off HDMI 1 - 3 Functions Disables the HDMI standby through feature. HDMI signals do not pass through this unit when this unit is in the standby mode. HDMI signals pass through this unit (from the corresponding HDMI IN jack) even when this unit is in the standby mode. When in the standby mode, the power indicator is lit dimly.
