Using services Contacting the BMW Assist Response Center You can contact the BMW Assist Response Center via the SOS button. 1. Briefly press the cover flap to open. The arrangement of the switches and indicator lamps varies slightly among vehicle equipment versions. 4. Select "Roadside Assistance" and press the controller. 2. Press the button for at least 2 seconds. The BMW Assist Response Center will connect you with BMW Roadside Assistance.
