M 434 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES A I 60,000 Miles (100,000 km) or 60 Months Maintenance Service Schedule N ❏ Change the engine oil and engine oil filter. T E ❏ Rotate tires. N ❏ Replace the engine air cleaner filter. A ❏ Replace the spark plugs. N ❏ Inspect the brake linings; replace if necessary. C ❏ Adjust the parking brake on vehicles equipped with four-wheel disc brakes. E ❏ Replace the air conditioning filter. S C H E D U L E S Replace rear drive assembly (RDA) fluid. Replace power transfer unit (PTU) fluid. Change the automatic transaxle fluid and filter if using your vehicle for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet, or frequent trailer towing. Flush and replace the engine coolant at 60 months if not done at 102,000 miles (170 000 km).
