J76Y.book Page 3 Wednesday, March 27, 2002 5:04 PM Essential Safety Equipment Seats M Seat Tilt Front height adjustment To adjust the front height of the seatbottom, raise or lower the front of the slide lifter switch on the left side of the seat. Height adjustment Raise the seat-bottom by pulling up on the center of the switch. Release the switch when the seat is where you want it. Lower the seat-bottom by pressing down on the center and releasing it when the seat is where you want it. Rear height adjustment Raise or lower the back of the switch to adjust the rear height of the seat-bottom. M Lumber Support Adjustment (Driver's Seat) The lumber support switch is located at the front of the center console. To increase seat firmness, press and hold the upper part of the switch to the desired position, then release the switch.
