WiseImage - User's Guide When tracing raster polylines you can also use the orthogonalization mode. It allows you to align obtained line segments by the base angle. In the orthogonalization mode the program will generate a vector polyline consisting of segments perpendicular and parallel to the direction specified by you or automatically calculated by the program. * More detailed information on customizing polyline orthogonalization mode is provided in section "Trace Tab" on page 186. Tracing raster polyline is also influenced by the parameters Max Width, Max Break and Approximation that specify the maximum width of a raster line, the size of ignored breaks and the accuracy of raster line approximation. * More detailed information on these parameters customizing is provided in section "Options tab", page 185. When tracing polylines you can use several input options: to enter a keyletter into the command line, the cursor menu, or the Line Following panel buttons.
