WARNING: THE FIREARM YOU ARE HANDLING AT THIS POINT IS LOADED WITH A LIVE ROUND IN THE CHAMBER. Keep your finger away from the trigger whenever you do not intend to fire. REPLACING A ROUND THAT HAS BEEN CHAMBERED FROM THE MAGAZINE WARNING: Make sure your finger is not on the trigger or inside the trigger guard Remove the magazine from the pistol by pressing the magazine release lever. Insert one more cartridge into the magazine. Completely push the loaded magazine into the pistol grip to ensure magazine catch engagement. LOAD CHECK WARNING: Keep your finger OFF THE TRIGGER and the barrel pointed in a SAFE direction. Never point a firearm towards yourself or another person. Retract the slide slightly and visually inspect the firing chamber. The pistol is loaded when a cartridge is visible when looking into the firing chamber. 21
