Data (Toner) LED indications CHAPTER 1 ABOUT THIS PRINTER The Data LED indicates the current status of the print data process. LED Off r Blinking Printer status The printer has no print data. The printer is receiving data from the computer or the printer is processing data in memory. On Print data remains in the printer memory. If the Data LED is on for a long period of time and nothing has printed, you need to press the button to print the remaining data. 1-29

The printer has no print data.
Blinking
The printer is receiving data from the computer or the printer is
processing data in memory.
