Do one of the following: • Refill paper in the paper tray. Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct size. • Remove the paper and load it again. Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct size. • Make sure not to overfill the paper tray. The toner cartridge is not installed or is not installed correctly. Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. Install the toner cartridge in the drum unit correctly. Reinstall the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly in the machine. If the problem continues, replace the toner cartridge.
