If the suggested remedy does not correct the problem, contact your authorized dealer. Symptom The embroidery machine does not operate. Probable Cause The machine is not turned ON. The machine has not been unlocked. The start/stop button was not pressed. Upper Tension dial is over tightened. The needle is not installed correctly. The needle set screw is loose. The needle is bent or blunt. The area around the hole in the needle plate is damaged. 1 Remedy Turn on the embroidery machine. Touch the unlock key. With the machine unlocked, press the start/stop button. Make sure tension disc rotates when pulling on thread. Correctly install the needle.
