Problems and Solutions Make sure the color settings are correct in the software application Some application software may contain a dialog box with an option to select black and white only. Change this setting to enable color printing. Make sure the BJC-85 is selected as default printer It is necessary to select the BJC-85 as the default printer. If another black and white printer is selected as the default printer, then the BJC-85 printer could print black ink only.
