Operating the Video Display Using the Function (F) Buttons You can assign functions to the F buttons on the video display to execute them instantly. You can assign different functions on F buttons in the normal and CDL modes respectively. 1 Open the [Display Function] or [Display Function (CDL)] menu. 33 [System Settings] [Function/Channel Button] [Display Function] or [Display Function (CDL)] • The button selection screen will be displayed. 2 Select the name of the button using the jog dial and press the jog dial to determine the selection. 3 Select the function to assign using the jog dial. • See [Display Function] or [Display Function (CDL)] ( 76) for the available functions. 4 Press the jog dial to determine the selection. • The setting is confirmed. Using the Channel (CH) Button You can assign channels (various settings related to input signal) to the CH buttons on the video display and switch channels instantly. 1 Open the [Display Channel] menu. [System Settings] [Function/Channel Button] • The button selection screen will be displayed. Using the Function (F) Buttons
You can assign functions to the F buttons on the video display to execute them instantly. You can assign different
functions on F buttons in the normal and CDL modes respectively.
1 Open the [Display Function] or [Display Function (CDL)] menu.
[System Settings]

The button selection screen will be displayed.
2 Select the name of the button using the jog dial and press the jog dial to determine the selection.
3 Select the function to assign using the jog dial.
