Setup and Utilities Desktop Manager r Printing This status indicates the MultiPASS C3000 is printing a document. The Status Monitor window displays the number of the page currently being printed. r Sending Fax This status indicates the MultiPASS C3000 is sending a fax document. The Status Monitor window displays the number of the page currently being faxed. r Receiving Fax This status indicates the MultiPASS C3000 is receiving a fax document. The Status Monitor window displays the fax number or name of the sender (if available), and the number of the page currently being received. r Attention Needed This status indicates the MultiPASS C3000 needs your attention for situations such as the MultiPASS C3000 being out of paper. The Status Monitor window describes the nature of the attention required. When you have corrected the situation, the status message automatically clears. r Error Warning This status indicates the MultiPASS C3000 has a problem that needs your more immediate attention, such as when the Status Monitor can no longer detect the MultiPASS C3000. The Status Monitor window displays the nature of the problem, with a comment indicating a corrective action. When you have corrected the situation, the status message automatically clears.
