Message NOT AVAILABLE NOW PUT IN CARTRIDGE START AGAIN Error Code #025 has not been registered. Cause In Manual sending, you entered a speed dialing number that is assigned to a group. The BJ cartridge is not properly installed. An error has occurred in the phone line or in the system. Action Use regular dialing. Make sure the BJ cartridge is installed correctly and the green lock lever is down. Start the procedure again from the beginning. Printing Problems If you are having problems printing, check the problems and solutions listed in the following table. Problem Cause Solution Data from computer is not printed The power cord may not be plugged in securely. The interface cable may not be securely connected to the MultiPASS and the computer. The interface cable may not be the correct type. The MultiPASS or computer may have been turned on when you connected the interface cable. The application may not be set up properly. Check that the power cord is plugged securely into the unit and into the wall outlet. If the MultiPASS is plugged into a power strip, make sure the power strip is plugged in and turned on. Check the interface cable connection. Make sure the cable is a bi-directional parallel interface cable less than 6.6 feet in length. Unplug the MultiPASS and turn off the computer. Plug the unit back in and turn the computer back on again. Check the computer and the application to make sure they are configured correctly.
