Recording Options using the Memory Card 53 Selecting the Size of Movie Clips on the Memory Card Movies are recorded on the memory card using the Motion-JPEG compression. Capturing a Still Image while Recording Movies While you are recording a movie on the tape you can simultaneously capture the same picture as a still image on the memory card without interrupting your recording to change modes. The size of the still image will be S 640x480 and cannot be changed but the quality of the still image can be selected. POINTS TO CHECK ( 10) Select the size and quality of the still image in record pause mode before you start recording.  Default value STILL I.REC OFF FUNC. ( 24) MOVIE REC OFF  Default value FUNC. Movies
While you are recording a movie on the
tape you can simultaneously capture the
