Media-based workflow Media-based workflow The media catalog is the backbone of the media-based workflow. The media catalog contains the media that the print system supports. The prepress staff select the media for the job from the media catalog. The control panel shows the print operator the media the job needs. The media and color expert defines the media and color settings once in the media catalog. Prepress staff select the required media from the media catalog. Print operator loads and assigns the media in the paper trays.
