Selecting Active allows the printer to detect printer's IP address from the printer name without a DNS server. ◦ Wireless LAN DRX setting Selecting Enable allows you to activate discontinuous reception when using wireless LAN. ◦ Wired LAN DRX setting Selecting Enable allows you to activate discontinuous reception when the printer is connected to a device compatible with wired LAN. ◦ Direct connection settings Setting items are available when you connect a device to the printer.
