Admin Static Address 9 • Confirm Password - Confirms the new password. The password entered into this field must be exactly the same as the password entered in the Password field. The Add to List button adds the user configuration to the Local User's Table. STEP 2 Define the relevant fields. STEP 3 Click Save Settings. The settings are modified, and the device is updated. Static Address A static MAC address can be assigned to a specific interface on this switch. Static addresses are bound to the assigned interface and cannot be moved. When a static address is seen on another interface, the address will be ignored and will not be written to the address table.
